She shared her experience of working in the Public Policy domain and discussed the potential opportunities, challenges and emerging trends in governance and policy.
Divya also spoke about the need to create synergy between humanities and technology, pathways for tech students in public policy and the need to adopt a more holistic approach towards policymaking in wake of technological advances, like the emergence of AI.
She exhorted the students to embrace every success and so-called failure and turn them into milestones in the journey to seek excellence and impact.

Historical perspective of housing, evolution of housing policies in India, recent developments and challenges were discussed.
Engaging debates, fiery arguments, and all in good spirit ending with smiles all around! Mock parliament for Anant Fellows of Anant National University facilitated by Communeeti under the aegis of Anant Centre for Public Policy. Farm laws of 2020 was the topic of the mock parliament.
The Fellows were assessed on the basis of their understanding, eloquence, body language and strength of arguments. Activities like these will help the Fellows understand the intricacies of public policies, develop unique perspectives and strengthen communication skills.

Communeeti in partnership with United Nations Industrial Development Organization organised a discussion on “Managing bio-medical waste to ensure near-zero infections spread among waste management workers” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The discussion was chaired by Rene Van Berkel, UNIDO Representative (India, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka). Temsutula Imsong, the widely acclaimed and awarded cleanliness warrior of Varanasi was the Chief Guest. Representatives from 160+ hospitals from across the country and State Pollution Control Boards participated in the discussion.
